Our Mission

MSKS strives to secure the rights of marginalized and vulnerable people—especially women and children—by promoting rule of law and gender justice. We empower them through agricultural and livestock development, access to knowledge and training, and sustainable, participatory development.
Our Vision
— Vision Statement
An equitable, democratic, poverty‑free society where all citizens—women and men, children, persons with disabilities and ethnic minorities—participate equally in development. MSKS envisions accelerated growth in agricultural productivity and cropping diversification, leading to a just and inclusive society for everyone.
Our Goal
— Goal Statement
To help marginalized families improve their quality of life through socio‑economic development and empowerment, enabling them to use local and national resources to reach their potential.
Our Objectives
— Objective of Maa O Shishu Kollan Songstha
| i) | To promote development of women and children by providing them the opportunity to earn self‑reliance through income‑generating activities. |
| ii) | To make skilled and self‑reliance the unemployed youth by providing vocational support. |
| iii) | To improve the livelihood and socio‑economic status of the underprivileged people. |
| iv) | To contribute to the Nation for achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). |

| vii) | To make people with disabilities more independent and to help them find the strength to live a normal life. |

Strategy
MSKS targets destitute women, children, farmers, persons with disabilities and ethnic minorities. We establish community committees to ensure local participation at every stage—from planning and decision‑making to implementation and monitoring. By empowering communities with skills training and leadership development, MSKS fosters self‑reliance, holds local institutions accountable, and ensures sustainable outcomes. Through continuous monitoring and evaluation, we fine‑tune our programs to maximize impact and deliver lasting change.
